Delivery Information

What areas do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to all locations within Anambra State and major cities across Nigeria.

Delivery coverage:

  • Anambra: Awka, Onitsha, Nnewi, Ekwulobia, and all local government areas
  • South-East: Enugu, Aba, Owerri, Abakaliki, Umuahia
  • Other regions: Lagos, Abuja, Port Harcourt, Ibadan, Kano

Enter your delivery address at checkout to confirm if we deliver to your location.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times vary by location:

  • Anambra: 1-2 business days
  • South-East: 2-3 business days
  • Lagos & Abuja: 3-4 business days
  • Other regions: 4-6 business days

Orders placed before 2pm Monday-Friday are processed the same day. Weekends and public holidays may cause slight delays.

How much is delivery?

Delivery fees:

  • Anambra: ₦1,500 (FREE for orders above ₦15,000)
  • South-East: ₦2,500 (FREE for orders above ₦25,000)
  • Lagos/Abuja: ₦3,500 (FREE for orders above ₦35,000)
  • Other regions: ₦4,500 - ₦6,500 depending on location

Delivery fee is calculated automatically at checkout based on your location and order total.

Do you offer express delivery?

Yes! We offer express delivery in select areas:

  • Same-day delivery: Awka, Onitsha (order before 11am) - ₦3,500
  • Next-day delivery: Major Anambra cities - ₦2,500

Express delivery options appear at checkout if available for your location.

Will I be contacted before delivery?

Yes! Our delivery partner will call you 30-60 minutes before arrival. Please ensure your phone number is correct at checkout.

If you miss the call, they'll try up to 3 times. You can also track your order status in "My Orders".

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 7-day return policy on most items. You can return items if:

  • Item is defective or damaged
  • Wrong item was delivered
  • Item doesn't match description

Items must be: Unused, in original packaging, with all tags attached.

How do I return an item?

To return an item:

  1. Go to "My Orders" in your account
  2. Select the order and item you want to return
  3. Click "Request Return" and select a reason
  4. Upload photos if item is damaged
  5. Submit request

We'll review your request within 24 hours and provide return instructions.

How long do refunds take?

Refund processing times:

  • Bank transfer: 3-5 business days
  • Card refund: 5-7 business days
  • Store credit: Instant upon approval

Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Who pays for return shipping?

Return shipping costs:

  • Defective/Wrong item: We cover all return shipping costs
  • Changed mind: Customer pays return shipping (₦1,500 - ₦3,500)

For changed mind returns, the original delivery fee is non-refundable.

What items can't be returned?

Non-returnable items:

  • Perishable goods (food, groceries)
  • Personal care items (if seal is broken)
  • Underwear and swimwear
  • Customized or personalized items
  • Gift cards

These items can only be returned if defective.

Payment Options

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept:

  • Card payments: Visa, Mastercard, Verve (via Paystack)
  • Bank transfer: Instant transfer
  • USSD: Quick banking from any phone
  • Pay on Delivery: Cash or transfer to rider

All online payments are securely processed by Paystack.

Is online payment secure?

Yes! We use Paystack, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Your card details are encrypted and never stored on our servers.

Paystack is used by thousands of Nigerian businesses and processes millions of transactions safely.

Orders

How do I track my order?

You can track your order in two ways:

  1. Log in to your account and go to "My Orders"
  2. Check the tracking link sent via SMS/email

You'll receive updates at every stage: confirmed, packed, out for delivery, delivered.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Order modifications:

  • Within 30 minutes: Contact support to modify/cancel
  • After 30 minutes: Order may already be processed
  • Once shipped: Cannot be modified

Contact us immediately via WhatsApp or phone for changes.

Account

How do I create an account?

Click "Sign Up" in the top menu. You can register with:

  • Email address and password
  • Google account (coming soon)

Creating an account lets you track orders, save addresses, and get personalized offers.

Forgot my password

Click "Forgot Password" on the login page. We'll send a reset link to your email.

If you don't receive it within 5 minutes, check your spam folder.

Orders above ₦15,000 within Anambra qualify for FREE delivery.
